DISCOVER DANCE, THE PERFECT COMBINATION OF FITNESS AND ART!

The body is designed to live and move freely! This is one of the biggest lessons I’ve learned in 15 years of teaching movement. Life circumstances can cause tightness and imbalance, but deep within your muscle memory, your body knows how to align and balance itself. Learning to reconnect with this natural alignment can bring the freedom of good posture and open breath into your daily life!

I invite you to join me for FLUID ALIGNMENT, where we’ll breathe, move, and realign the body! All classes are drop-in, and anyone is welcome! You can choose to either take class in-studio with our wonderful community of adult movers, or you can join us via Zoom from the comfort of home.

Tuesday Fluid Alignment, 11:30-12:30

Tune up your body with a series of floor-based exercises, building good muscle habits which support fluid movement in your everyday life. This class will elongate and align your spine, as well as build lean muscle throughout your body.

Tuesday’s class is followed by an optional 30 minute ballet barre (beginner level)

Thursday Fluid Alignment, 11:30-12:30

Flow through a series of stretches and openers set to relaxing classical music. Restore your posture as we relax the body, release tension, awaken and lengthen the muscles, and learn to move with freedom.

Friday’s class is followed by an optional 30 minute ballet barre (low-intermediate level)
